• Enclosure: A minimum 10-gallon or 18x18x18-inch glass terrarium/vivarium per couple, styled with live tropical plants, cork bark, and leaf litter. 
• Temperature: Maintained consistently between 72°F and 76°F. Avoid any temperatures above 80°F. 
• Humidity: High humidity between 70% and 100%, maintained with daily misting using pure reverse-osmosis (RO) water.
• Diet: Daily or every-other-day feedings of tiny live insects, such as wingless or flightless fruit flies (Drosophila), dusted with calcium and vitamin powders. 

• Not Toxic in Captivity: Wild frogs get their toxic skin alkaloids from eating native ants and mites. Captive-bred frogs fed on a diet of cultured fruit flies are completely non-toxic. 
• Dads Do the Heavy Lifting: Male frogs tend the eggs and carry the newly hatched tadpoles on their backs to small water pools in tree holes. 
• Surprising Climbers: Unlike purely ground-dwelling frogs, they are agile climbers and can scale vertical surfaces or trees up to 45 feet high in the wild.
