For live products, the Shipping & Returns Policy contains important requirements regarding shipping methods, signatures, pickup, and the one-hour reporting period for arrival issues.

9. Live Animal & Live Product Responsibility

New Gen Genetix takes the health and welfare of the animals and live organisms we sell seriously.

Once a live animal, feeder insect, or clean-up crew organism has been properly delivered or made available for pickup, the customer is responsible for providing appropriate care, housing, temperature, humidity, nutrition, handling, and other husbandry requirements appropriate for that species.

New Gen Genetix is not responsible for problems resulting from improper care, handling, housing, environmental conditions, or other circumstances occurring after the customer receives or picks up the live product.

Any applicable Live Arrival Guarantee is governed exclusively by the requirements outlined in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

10. Cancellations

Customers who need to cancel an order should contact New Gen Genetix as soon as possible.

Because live products may be scheduled for shipment based on specific dates and conditions, cancellation requests involving live animals, feeder insects, or clean-up crews may be subject to additional restrictions.
